Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years and older.

Pre-Treatment Documentation

All clients must complete all consent forms, medical forms, and have all identification verified before any treatment will take place.

Aftercare Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to follow and implement all aftercare provided by Charlotte Laura Fenwick Cosmetics, as failing to do so could affect the final results.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.

Late Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

Patch Testing

All Semi Permanent Make up treatments require a Patch Test for all new clients at Charlotte Laura Fenwick Cosmetics and must be completed 72 hours prior to your appointment.

Existing clients are asked on a regular basis to have a Patch test so we are kept up to date with results.
